Questions

Straight answers

What exactly is an inspection credit?

One credit covers one project — and everything that project produces. The labeled photo report, the structured inspection report and the address-specific hail evidence all come out of the same credit. You are not charged per document.

Do credits expire?

No. Buy ten in April and use the last one in November if that is how your season goes.

What does it cost to add my crew?

Nothing. There is no per-seat charge and no cap on team size. Everyone works out of the same company account and draws from the same credits, so a six-rep shop and a one-man operation pay exactly the same per inspection.

Does FieldFaktor write estimates?

No, and that is deliberate. FieldFaktor documents what is there — thoroughly, in the structure carriers expect — and stops at the line where scope and pricing begin. Findings, conclusions and every decision about a claim belong to the people who make them.

What happens to my projects if a rep leaves?

They stay with the company. Projects, photos and reports belong to the account that paid for them, not to the individual who created them — and access ends the moment someone is no longer on the team. A departing rep cannot take the file with them.

The owner also decides, per person, whether a team member sees every project in the company or only their own work and anything shared with them.

Do I need an iPhone?

The full capture experience — guided photos, on-device labeling, offline queueing — runs on the iOS app. The company dashboard runs in any browser, so an owner or office manager never needs a phone to review work, pull reports or manage billing.

Does it work without signal?

Yes. Photos and findings capture offline and sync when you are back in coverage. Attics and metal roofs are exactly where signal dies, so the app is built not to care.

Is the hail report really included?

Yes — address-specific hail evidence is part of the same credit, not an add-on. It reports what the weather record actually shows for that address on that date, which sometimes means confirming hail and sometimes means confirming there was not any. Both are useful; only one of them is comfortable.

What if I want a refund?

Unused credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Credits already spent on a generated report are not — the work has been done and the file is yours to keep.

Who is behind this?

Insurance adjusters and inspectors, not software developers. Over 10,000 inspections between us and 20+ years in the field, for dozens of carriers. We built the app we wanted on every one of those jobs.
