1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, and company information when you register. We also collect project and inspection data you enter into the platform, usage data, and technical data such as IP addresses and device information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, authenticate your identity, manage projects and inspections, generate reports, send transactional emails, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Project and Inspection Data

Project records, inspection photos, reports, and related data are stored securely and accessible only to authorized members of your company. KEYSTONESYSTEMS LLC does not access project data except to provide the Service or as required by law.

4. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, row-level security policies, and access controls. We are working toward SOC 2 Type 1 readiness.

5. Third-Party Services

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, data storage, email delivery, payments, maps, report processing, bot prevention, and operational monitoring. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services to us and are subject to their own privacy terms.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. In the FieldFaktor iOS app, go to Account settings and choose Delete account to initiate account deletion. Company owners may manage team member access within their account. Data deletion requests will be processed within 30 days.

7. Account Deletion

Account deletion removes your FieldFaktor account record and associated personal profile data from our active systems unless we are legally or contractually required to retain specific records. Project, inspection, billing, security, and audit records may be retained where required for accounting, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or company business records.

To start deletion from the iOS app, open Account settings, select Delete account, and confirm the request. We will email confirmation when deletion is complete.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
