Terms of Service

KEYSTONESYSTEMS LLC - Effective July 13, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FieldFaktor platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. The Service is operated by KEYSTONESYSTEMS LLC.

2. Description of Service

FieldFaktor is a SaaS platform for contractors and contractor companies. The platform includes property inspection tooling, project documentation, photo management, report generation, and related features. Access is provided through company accounts and prepaid project credits unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your information up to date.

4. Company Accounts and Project Data

Projects, inspections, photos, reports, and related records created under a company account belong to that company, not to the individual user who created them. Inspection credits are purchased by the company, and the work product those credits generate is the company’s data.

Your access to a company’s data is granted through your membership in that company account and lasts only while that membership is active. If your membership ends — because you leave the company or because the company owner removes you — your access to that company’s projects, inspections, photos, and reports ends immediately.

You have no right to retain, copy, export, download, or continue using a company’s project data after your membership ends, and you may not use it on behalf of yourself or another company. Records of work you performed remain with the company for its audit, reporting, and customer-service purposes.

If you belong to more than one company account, each company’s data stays separate and is accessible only through your active membership in that company.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Project data, inspection records, and personal information are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

7. Account Deletion

You may initiate account deletion from the FieldFaktor app account settings. Account deletion is handled according to our Privacy Policy, including any legally or contractually required retention for project, inspection, billing, security, and audit records.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KEYSTONESYSTEMS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
